Behind the scenes, a comprehensive admin panel gives the clinical and operations team full control: consultation review queues with status management, ID verification workflows with document and selfie comparison, patient messaging, clinical notes, product management, and order fulfilment with carrier tracking. Patients access their own portal to follow their treatment journey step by step, receive notifications, and track deliveries in real time. The platform operates under GPhC registration, running 24/7 — a working example of how Lovable supports regulated, process-heavy applications where compliance, data security, and operational reliability are non-negotiable.
