Brand Development IT Security
IT Security Distributor
Watchtower
Watchtower Cyber Solutions operates as an IT security distributor serving enterprise and government clients across the UK and Middle East, positioning themselves within a crowded cybersecurity market where most competitors emphasize threat prevention through restrictive controls that often impede business operations. Their differentiation centers on reframing security as a business enabler rather than purely defensive infrastructure—offering managed detection and response, operational technology (OT) security for industrial systems, and specialized solutions for government agencies requiring security-cleared specialists and sovereignty-focused implementations. The branding challenge was establishing credibility and authority in a sector dominated by established players, while communicating a philosophical departure from traditional security approaches without appearing reckless or dismissive of genuine threats.
Braunsberger Media developed the complete brand identity from foundation through execution—creating the Watchtower name and logo that evoked vigilance and strategic positioning, designing visual systems that balanced technical sophistication with accessibility, and building a Squarespace website that clearly articulated their "security that powers forward" positioning through specific service offerings rather than abstract promises. The visual approach employed dark, authoritative design aesthetic with architectural imagery suggesting both protection and elevation, while the content architecture separated three distinct security domains (cybersecurity solutions, managed detection and response, OT security) with detailed government sector spotlight that demonstrated deep understanding of public sector requirements including classified networks and cross-agency collaboration. The result was a cohesive brand presence that positioned Watchtower as a strategic partner capable of serving both commercial enterprises and security-sensitive government agencies across two distinct geographic markets with fundamentally different regulatory and operational requirements.

Our Workflow
Phase 1
Designing the full website based on the agreed written site structure. If there’s no existing copy, I will fill the pages with placeholder text and provide professional, customized stock images where required. Additionally, we can handle copywriting tasks upon request.
Phase 2
Discuss the website draft and your comments during dedicated feedback calls. This phase includes fine-tuning the design based on your input and optimizing key areas, mobile responsiveness, SEO titles and descriptions, and the social images (Page Settings).
Phase 3
You stay in control: Once the website design is in its final stage, I’ll conduct a personalized training session for you or your team to show you how to manage the site. Optional: If you’re too busy to handle content management tasks on your own, we can step in to assist with any content updates or adjustments as needed.
Phase 4
The website is ready to go live: We’ll handle publishing the website with your domain, transitioning between Squarespace accounts if necessary, and submitting it directly to Google for accelerated indexing.
