Their modular service model offers three distinct tiers—Core Support for daily administrative execution, Practice Growth for CQC preparation and optimization, and Strategic Consultancy for care delivery transformation—that function independently or integrate into comprehensive operational partnerships. The challenge was positioning a back-office service in terms that resonated with medical professionals skeptical of external management consultants, while clearly differentiating service levels that could scale from individual practices to system-wide NHS structures.
Braunsberger Media designed a Squarespace website that emphasized clinical credibility and operational clarity—using clean, calm design aesthetic appropriate to healthcare settings, straightforward service architecture that allowed practices to self-identify their needs without sales pressure, and language that acknowledged the realities of NHS administrative challenges without resorting to typical consultancy jargon. The site structure prioritized transparent explanation of what Vallour actually does in practical terms—inbox management, CQC preparation support, workforce strategy—rather than abstract promises about transformation, with content that spoke directly to practice managers and clinical leads navigating capacity constraints and regulatory requirements. The result was a platform that positioned Vallour as the operational partner that understands healthcare from a clinician's perspective, offering scalable support that adapts to practice size and ambition while maintaining focus on freeing medical professionals to practice medicine.

Phase 3
You stay in control: Once the website design is in its final stage, I’ll conduct a personalized training session for you or your team to show you how to manage the site. Optional: If you’re too busy to handle content management tasks on your own, we can step in to assist with any content updates or adjustments as needed.
Phase 4
The website is ready to go live: We’ll handle publishing the website with your domain, transitioning between Squarespace accounts if necessary, and submitting it directly to Google for accelerated indexing.
